Flagler Model Railroad Club & Museum Inc.
Who We Are
We are Model Railroad enthusiasts, from the greater Flagler and Volusia Counties
of East Central Florida, who want to share our love of model railroading.
The club has three layouts: one HO scale, one N scale, and one traveling layout.
Having fun, enjoying the hobby, sharing our diverse model railroad knowledge-base and
learning by doing are our guiding principles.
Club Business Meetings
Our Monthly Business meetings are held on the third Saturday of the month starting at 10:00 am.
Every attempt is made to keep the business meeting under an hour.
Open To The Public
Our doors are open to the public by special invitation.
To arrange for a visit please contact the club Secretary/Treasurer
Saturday mornings between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm (Work Session or Biz Meeting)
Saturday afternoons 12:30 and 2:00 pm (Operating Session)
Both of the clubs' layouts (HO scale and N Scale) are incomplete but operational.
If you live anywhere in the Greater Volusia/Flagler County area and are interested in becoming
a member please contact the club secretary/treasurer at firstname.lastname@example.org
The FMRRC has four layouts:
Permanent HO layout, Permanent N layout, Traveling N Layout, and a HO/N Test/Program layout
The Traveling layout is fully operational and placed on display during the local trains shows
at the Volusia County fairgrounds.
Because of our unique low financial overhead, we keep the dues low, currently at only $10 per month
payable on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual payment plan.
Member's dues are split into various department accounts so that a part of each member
contributes to the general operational needs of the organization. The departments are:
general fund, layout fund, social fund and special needs fund.
